Today we go on the year 1972..

The wailers , on a usa tour , 2 weeks to start the year, then being invited in policital events coupled with music.

This is also the year they got the best vocal group award 1972 , the year they were on Billboard Charts and England Charts.

The year they signed a contract with Island Records, in August, thanks to Bunny Wailer for the details.

On this USA Tour , The Wailers played with John Holt, The Debonaires, a bronx based band : The Cinnamon Suns (wich are nowdays located in Florida and still active in music)
and Syd Joe & Caribbean All-Stars.

On this concert, the crowd was about 3000.
